General:

These terms & conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the seller, Milango Soaps & More, to the buyer, the Customer.. This online store is intended  for use by individuals 18 years of age or older and 18 and under with parental permission​.  Prices for our goods may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. Milango Soaps & More shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been made by the Customer and has been received. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Order acceptance and the creation of the contract between Milango Soaps & More and the Customer will start at the time the products ordered by the Customer are dispatched from Milango Soaps & More warehouse to be delivered to the address supplied by the Customer. 

Return Policy:

Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns. Exchanges will only be made for damaged item containers, after photos and request is made to Milangosoaps@yahoo.com. Once the request is reviewed, you will be notified of request approval or dismissal. 
Shipping Policy:

When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery and/or shipment. Once an order has been shipped, Milango Soaps & More is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the submitted address. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation. Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be there on the estimated day of delivery or arrange pick up at the holding facility. Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only. It is our policy to try to dispatch all orders within 3-6 business days. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier. In any case, delivery will be made within 14 business days after the date we accept your order. The customer has the option to cancel prior to processing & shipping completion of order via phone call to customer service.

Your information is collected & shared only with Wix POS systems and Company. for payment, delivery, & communication purposes only.  Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Online Store; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.. We will work with you to address any concerns you may have regarding the use of your personal information.
